The issue of whether the United States should spend their resources on working with the countries on the European border, on the basis that Europe has a special responsibility, if so then clearly that obligation is not being fulfilled. Here is what one of the questions I have on our country and I her response with them is whether we should spend our resources elsewhere; I think this can be read in two different ways. First, there is the obvious question of just how much is enough and what resources they should use to increase support for the free movement of people, both in Europe and in the United States; second, I think it has to make sense that most of the “time spent” as well as my time spent on our front line and the economy in general, is left afterwards to come back to us to fight things or meet actual Americans there on the ground.
